Bring fresh, seasonal flowers into your home on a regular schedule. Lonesome Creek Farms subscriptions are simple, flexible, and shaped by what is blooming during the active growing season.
How subscriptions work
For our 2026 season, flower subscriptions are being offered on a trial basis for
Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina. Choose weekly or bi-weekly delivery, and we’ll bring fresh seasonal flowers on your schedule. When we deliver a new arrangement, we’ll collect the previous vase and spent flowers so the vase can be reused and the flowers can be composted.
Subscription options
Weekly Flower Subscription
Fresh seasonal flowers delivered once per week during the active subscription season.
Bi-Weekly Flower Subscription
Fresh seasonal flowers delivered every other week during the active subscription season.
Delivery, vase return, and composting
Each delivery includes a fresh seasonal arrangement in one of our reusable vases. When we bring your next flowers, we’ll collect the previous vase and spent flowers. Vases are cleaned and reused, and spent flowers are returned to the farm for composting whenever possible.
Seasonal availability
Our flowers are grown with the season, so colors, varieties, bouquet size, and delivery availability may change throughout the year. We’ll communicate clearly about subscription openings, delivery windows, and any weather-related changes.
